Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

For all U.S. orders exceeding $200, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping. Our shipping services are tailored to ensure timely delivery, utilizing trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Standard shipping within the U.S. is expected to take 4 to 6 business days, while expedited options are available for items to arrive between 3 to 6 business days post-shipment. For our international customers, shipping is provided with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 30 business days, though please note that free shipping does not apply to orders outside the U.S. Shipping costs, both domestically and internationally, are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your items and the final destination. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, however, all provided times and dates should be viewed as general guidance rather than guarantees.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless expressly noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

How long is the order processing time?

Most orders are processed as soon as the online purchase is finalized but can take up 2 days. Your order will be shipped once the items are available, your payment is authorized, and the delivery address is confirmed. Please be aware that business days exclude bank holidays and are from Monday to Friday.

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you order through GoodPark NYC. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during checkout.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions about some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you can specify a different delivery address. We reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

Please note that Parker Brands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What should I do if an item needs to be added to my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing materials for small items. If you still need an item(s), contact our customer service at GoodPark NYC.

What can I do if I cannot pick up the package?

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. If you cannot receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to its depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated delivery time.
