1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping. You can expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days. 

Orders shipping internationally generally take 3-10 business days to arrive based on your chosen shipping speed.

All international shipments may be subject to duties/taxes and if/when they arise they are the responsibility of the customer.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal for added convenience.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

4. What is your return policy?

Only full-priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. All discounted items are FINAL SALE as well as any items marked FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. If your item has a defect please contact hello@goodparknyc.com.

5. How do I initiate an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the return process.
